Pricing · Closed beta

Flat price. No quotas. Your keys.

You bring GitHub, servers, and LLM keys. We supply the rest: AI devs, review, CI. Start solo from $50/mo on the ladder, or flat $500 per ai-dev for teams during beta.

01

Solo

For solo developers building products with the AI subscriptions they already pay for. Each extra AI dev adds a little more, levelling off at $500.

Early adopters lock in the beta price. When we reach GA, the list price moves to $1,000 / ai-dev / mo. Beta accounts are grandfathered indefinitely.

The solo ladder

You give us the compute, we put it to work to build awesome products.

Your first AI dev is $50/mo. Each additional one adds a little more until the price levels off at $500 — start cheap, add agents when they pay for themselves. An AI dev is a concurrency slot.

AI devsThat agent addsTotal / mo
1$50$50
2$100$150
3$200$350
4$300$650
5$400$1,050
6$500$1,550
7+$500 each$1,550 + $500 / AI dev

Human seats are free — invite your whole team. You only pay for AI dev spots, and every spot is a concurrency slot: parallel agents carry no surcharge.

Every AI dev spot includes 3 enrollable servers (3 spots → 9 servers). At most your spot count runs AI devs at once; the other boxes run your CI/CD, tests, and code review — no separate Blacksmith or CodeRabbit subscription needed.

BYOK — inference runs on the AI subscriptions you already pay for. We never resell tokens.

Lean by design: raw CI/CD and review logs are kept for 72 hours on our side, then deleted. Want them longer? Point your boxes at your own Postgres (we recommend pgbouncer or pgcat in front) and keep logs as long as you like. The permanent audit trail of bot actions is separate and never expires.

Your hardware, your runners

Coding agents run on your own VMs — bring your own cloud or on-prem boxes (BYOVM). Full control over performance, latency, and where your code actually runs.

Privacy first

Your keys, your code, your infrastructure. BYOK inference and never-resold tokens — we never see your trade secrets, and every action is audited.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the bot pretend to be human?

Never. Every comment it posts discloses that it's an automated agent. Non-disclosure is a bug, not a setting.

Whose API keys does it use?

Yours. BYOK is the only mode — your Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini key. We never resell tokens.

Does it write the code?

No. It's a thin orchestrator: it triages and coordinates, then hands coding to your agent — Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenHands.

Can I see what it did?

Yes. Every tool call and decision is logged. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

What about CodeRabbit or Dependabot?

It detects other bots and defers — no bot-on-bot loops. It waits for their reviews to settle before acting.
