These terms govern your use of the developerz.ai GitHub App and this website. By installing the App you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By installing the developerz.ai GitHub App or using www.developerz.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
The service
developerz.ai is a GitHub App that triages issues, coordinates contributors, and helps ship releases on the repositories where you install it. It is a thin orchestrator: it does not write your code — it hands coding tasks to the agent you configure.
Bring your own key
You supply your own model provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini). You are responsible for your provider's costs and for complying with that provider's terms. We never resell tokens.
Acceptable use
Don't use the App to harass contributors, to impersonate a human, or to bypass a repository's own policies. The bot always discloses that it is automated; disabling that disclosure is not permitted.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, developerz.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
