Data Processing Addendum
This addendum describes how developerz.ai processes personal data on your behalf when you use the App.
Roles of the parties
For data processed on your behalf, you are the data controller and developerz.ai is the data processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions, expressed through your installation and .maintainer.yml policy.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of subprocessors to run the service: hosting, email delivery, and the model provider whose key you supply. The model provider is determined by your BYOK choice.
Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of secrets and an append-only audit log of every bot action.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
