Data Processing Addendum
This addendum describes how developerz.ai processes personal data on your behalf when you use the App.
Roles of the parties
For data processed on your behalf, you are the data controller and developerz.ai is the data processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions, expressed through your installation and maintainer.yml policy.
Subprocessors
We use these subprocessors to run the service: OVHcloud (hosting and the primary database, United States); Cloudflare (R2 object storage for database backups, the audit archive, CI and run logs, and build artifacts); Stripe (payment processing, paid plans only); and WorkOS (single sign-on, only if your organization enables it). Email is sent from our own mail server. The AI model provider is the one whose key you supply (BYOK): you choose it and contract with it directly, so it is your processor, not ours.
Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of secrets and an append-only audit log of every bot action.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
