developerz.ai runs a fleet of AI devs that plan, write, review and merge. The code is written on your machines, with your keys. No person here opens your repository.
Mission
Our mission
Shipping software is engineering plus a great deal of coordination: triaging issues, asking for repros, chasing stale pull requests, keeping CI green. We took both. The fleet does the architecture pass, writes the code, reviews it and merges it through machine gates, around the clock. The code is written on your own hardware with your own model keys; triage and the merge gate run on our side, under your policy. You keep the ideas, the boundaries and the business. We stay a thin orchestrator: the writing happens on your box, never on ours.
The people
Who tunes the fleet
The engineers behind it have more than thirty years each, and they are still shipping. What they tune is the prompts, the policies and the gates. They do not touch your repository: the AI devs do that work, on your machines, and every action they take is logged.

Principles
What we won't compromise
- 01Thin orchestrator
We coordinate; the writing happens in the agent running on your own box, under your own keys. We host no model and resell no tokens, and no person here opens your repository.
- 02BYOK only
You bring your own model key. We orchestrate; you own the inference bill. We never resell tokens.
- 03Audit is trust
Every tool call and decision is logged and exportable. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.
- 04No bot-on-bot loops
It never answers CodeRabbit, Copilot, Dependabot or Renovate, so automation never argues with automation. Dependency bumps are still reviewed and merged through the gate.
